Toward the end of the movie when Rachel is pulled into the tv by Somara. She ends up in the well. She is obviously soaked. As she begins to climb out of the well, her clothes are amazingly dry. Her hair, however, may still be wet. I'm not positive. But her clothes are definatly dry.
