In the scene just after Rriggs smashes his tv, he picks up the picture of his wife and the portrait of his wife is on the left and the couple shot is on the right.
In the scene a bit later just before he puts his own gun in his mouth, he looks at the picture again and it has swapped the portrait is now on the right and he couple is on the left.
These are two different copies of their wedding pictures. The first, on the TV, is in a folding cardboard frame with one picture on each side of the fold. This is how it stands up on the TV. The second is a single, flat, gilded frame with the two pictures side-by-side. When he presses the frame to his face, it's clear that it's a flat frame.
Not an error this time.
