In the episode, "Krab-Borg" when Mr. Krabs is in his office waiting for his egg he says, "Nothing like having a hard-boiled egg without salt"(Or something like that). Then when SpongeBob screams, "Mr. Krabs!" Mr. Krabs squeezes the egg and the egg white and yolk spill out. But if the egg is hard-boiled, shouldn't the egg white and yolk be cooked? It shouldn't be gooey.
Maybe he had his eggs soft boiled. Yes that is an actual way to cook an egg.
