Near the beginning of the first episode, wait until you can see the boat in the background. Look at the people on the boat. Those people aren't the castaways that are normally on the island! The rest of the episode has the regular people. (Note: The reason this happened, was the beginning of the episode was also shot for the pilot episode. The people in the background were the original cast.)
