In Attack of the Clones at 1:30 or so in the movie, watch Anakin as he lightsabers his way down the conveyor belt. He does a fancy twirl with his sword and as it comes back up it catches his cloak hem. If you pause it you can even see Hayden (the boy who plays Anakin) start to laugh and then it cuts.

I don't remember the exact time this occurs, but I think it's like 1:30:39 in the movie. Basically just before he gets his hand caught by the machines.
