When Keanu Reeves is enjoying himself with the female vampires, a crew member's hand can be seen in the mirror shot. He is probably pulling Reeves` shirt open with a string.
In the previous shot a female vampire rises up through the bed, between his legs, and unfastens his trousers then bites him. Yet in the next shot(the mirror shot) his trousers are refastened.
