In the Episode Shimmer when Lana and Clark are on the front patio. Nell Comes out and sarcastically says "Clark, Do you have the time?" Clark then says "No, but i'n guessing it's late." Nell says "Smart kid" but when clark stands up you can see his watch on his wrist.
