After the opening credits are played, Monica is on the phone to Aunt Syl. She says "All I'm saying is that if you had told me vegetarian lasagna, I would have made vegetarian lasagna."

However at the end of the episode, before the closing credits you see phoebe eating a lasagne, but I though she was meant to be vegetarian.
