In the scene right after the brothers are singing "Never Can Say Goodbye", it fades into Michael singing "Human Nature". The date appears on the bottom of the screen as 1983. This is impossible, Michael couldn't have been recording songs for his Thriller album in 1983, when the album itself was released in December of '82.
