In the opening scene of "Coming Home" Joey and Pacey are on the boat. Right before the opening credits come on, they jump off the left side of the boat together. If you look in the opening credits of any season 6 episode, at the point where they show them jumping off the boat, they are both wearing the same outfits from "Coming Home" except, they are jumping off the right side of the boat.
