When Ben is getting Dr. Chase's fingerprinps off of the wine glass, the fingerprints show her hand as if she was either holding it with her left hand. Look back at the whole wine glass scene. Dr. Chase is, as you can clearly see, holding it with her right hand. So she is really holding it upside down!
This is actually not a slip-up. I just watched every second of the finger print scenes about 15 times and the first few times I thought you were right, but it actually isn't a slip=up. It is her right hand on the wineglass and that is the way the finger prints show.
