Simpsons - Disapearing Cape

In the episode when Frank Grimes' son is trying to kill Homer, at the end, when Sideshow Bob and Homer are chasing Frank Grimes' son, he throws off his cape. Two seconds later, his cape is back on. Then, his cape is off again.
