in the part where doctor gordon gives adam the clean cigarette and adam pretends to die, as he falls to the floor, near his head is an unbroken saw. but earlier in the movie, he broke his saw while trying to cut through his chain, and then threw it across the room so it shouldn't be by him in the first place.
