In the episode "Love Thy Trophy" Stewie gets taken away to live with another family. Joe goes to the door, and Bonnie (Joe's wife) watches him through the car window. Bonnie starts talking, and Lois says "That's enough Debbie." There is no Debbie in the entire show!
I don't remember this slip-up (I remember the scene), but it's possible that Lois had been relating Bonnie to a character named Debbie in another show or movie. Or maybe it really was a slip-up...

This happens often. I can only remember a few instances where anyone besides Joe called her Bonnie. I think the reasoning behind this is because she is not a very important character in the series, so they decide to ignore her a little more. Also in one episode, can't remember which one, but Peter calls Stewie Stevie. He said something along the lines of 'Yeah, whatever, Stevie.' Just thought that one was kinda funny.

It's a referance to "debbie does dallas" because bonnie is ALWAYS pregnant.
