In a scene from Law & Order SVU, the date prior to the scene says late January. Two detectives are questioning a suspect outside on the street.

The street is tree lined and filled with green leaves on every one. Plus there is no steam coming from their mouths. This must have been shot in early fall or late spring. Definitely not January.
