during the episode "Blind Justice" in the scene, where the blind woman is "driving" KITT to convince the enemies, the was an eye witness, she is riding around in the park, when she said "Lets floor it KITT" (or something simmilar), you see, the shifter shifting from park to drive, but since KITT is already driving, the transmission should already be in drive. Big edditing error.
