what is your point, since she has the power of invisibility, anything near her, would become invisible, since invisibility simply is the bending of light around the object, therefore her clothes would not be seen either
Her clothes never go invisible. As they pan down, you can see her clothes standing on their own. Only her head goes above the wall, so from that angle she's "totally" invisible.
Actually, you can't tell if her clothes went invisible as well. Not from the shot from where Tony is standing. You see Tony looking over the fence/wall where only Violet's head is showing. On the next scene, you see Violet crouched on the floor saying "He looked at me" & you can see that she went invisible, but her clothes did not. Therefore, When Tony turned to look in Violet's direction, she reacted, turned invisible & then crouched to the floor. This would be why you can't see her or her clothes. At least, I think that it's a plausible explanation.
This is not true. Her clothes are not visible because they are hidden behind the stairs. When the camera is from the family's POV in the car, you can clearly see that her clothes are still visible. Just her body is not.
I'm amazed some people still can't seem to grasp such a simple movie scene. Anyone who isn't legally blind and with a patience better than a puppies can see that her close are still visible. Forget the stairs, watch the scene just before her mother picks her up. Boom! No head but you clearly see her blue Clothes. Case closed.
