Ok in the episode called A.A.P.I. when Magnum and his suck up are shooting it out between the hotel manager there is somthing about the suck ups car. when he gets out and sheilds himself behind the car he leaves the headlights on. You are able to see just the left one. when it changes cameras to where the guy in shadows quotes "I'm outta here." It'll switch back to magnum and his suck up. Look at the headlight now, it's off. Bellisario made a pretty good series but I would think that he would have caught that.
