When Bart has just arrived at school at 4:30am (in bart's comet) a close-up of Skinner's head is shown and you can see an upside down SOUTHERN CROSS. And almost everyone knows that the SOUTHERN CROSS can only be seen in the SOUTHERN HEMISHPERE.
