Bertha Jorkins - Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire
Voldemort tortures and kills Bertha Jorkins when Wormtail brings her to him. But Voldemort didn't have a body so how could he have held his wand to kill Bertha and this is before Wormtail gives Voldemort a weak body of his own so that Voldemort could then kill Frank Bryce and Cedric Diggory.

when they said that voldemort killed her, they meant he gave the order to kill her, so wormtail is the one who officially killed her. later on in the fifth book they say things like, "voldemort killed him" and they they would say something along the lines of "not in person of course, he ordered people to kill them but still killed them nonetheless" btw, big spoiler in this slipup

Well actually, Voldemort is an extremely powerful wizard with several tricks up his sleeve. He could have gone into Wormtail's body like he did to Quirrel or just without a wand, By the way, this slip-up was put under Bertha Jorkins as a book title instead of the slip up name.

um, you put the book as bertha jorkins, and the egg as HPATGOF. This is the REAL slipup.

actually, Voldemort kills Bertha Jorkins after Wormtail gives him a weak body. That is how he killed her. Oh, and your submission should have been under HPTGOF, and the mistake called Bertha Jorkins, not the other way around.
