In the episode "Grim Surprise", Billy and Grim are ready to surprise Mandy with an early birthday party. After Mandy turns on the kitchen lights and they holler "Surprise!", the next shot of Mandy doesn't have the flower that's always on her dress. Then after another shot of Billy and Grim, Mandy's dress has the flower again.
