In the scene where Clint Eastwood hands over the contract from NASA to Donald Sutherland, Donald takes out his glasses in order to read the document.

He then takes them off later in the scene, but when the camera angle changes to film from behind him you can clearly see he is still wearing his glasses. Then when the angle changes back to filming his front view, they are off again.
