When Harry gets back in the van the first bag he picks up is brown. There is a white bag in the car too but the one he carried out to the car that was brown didn't disappear, it is there too. You can see him take a hot dog out and throw it.

If you look closer in the van you see he has two bags, only one item is in the brown bag then he throws it and the white bag contains the rest of the stuff.
