In the first season of Smallville,the episode Hothead,the football coach puts Clark in the sauna full of meteor rocks. Clark picks up a rock and throws it at the sauna door window. After a few throws it smashes the glass but when Jonathan comes to get Clark he looks through the window which is now not broken only with a small crack.
