During the final fight scene between Conner and Katana, Katana's sword changes to a short sword like the one used by the two guys sent to kill Conner in the begining of the movie. As we all know, Katana had a long sword with a retractable blade. Just keep your eyes on Katana's sword and you'll see it.
It's been a long time since I saw this p.o.s. movie, and would prefer not to really think about it ever again. But that aside, since Katana's sword has a retractable blade, isn't it possible that the blade length could change?
