Rose, Ruth and Cal are touring the deck and Rose points out the little number of lifeboats. When Mr Andrews says "...but it was thought, by some, that the deck would look too cluttered...", he is turning and you can see a big patch of land over his shoulder. Very noticeable and should have been picked up by digital people and edited out.
