When Warden Norton is ready to commit suicide,he dumps the bullets on his desk.They go all over. A scene or two later and they are in a semi neat pile.A scene or two later and they are messed up again.
Also if you notice the Warden points the gun directly under his chin...but the bullet appears a bit to the left (his right) of his throat...
now who could have messed that one up??
