Pirates of the Caribbean (The Curse of the Black Pearl) - Compass Sound?
In the beginning, when Norrington is looking through Jack's things after he has just saved Elizabeth, Norrington is talking about Jack's compass. Only on the VHS: When Norrington closes the compass, the clicking sound doesn't match the action of him closing the compass.

DVD and VHS have different sound quality. Also sometimes because the way thing are recorded to VHS tapes, they don’t always match right. So really this isn’t a slip-up at all.
