When Beatrix is buried alive, she removes her red cowboy boots to retrieve her straight razor. After breaking out of the plywood box and climbing up through the dirt, she magically has the boots back on her feet.
I watched this last night on DVD. You cannot see her feet in the overhead shot of her laying on top of the dirt of the grave when she gets out. Then, next you see her walking barefoot across the desert.
