In this disturbing horror film (by the co-writer of ROCKY and THE GODFATHER with special effects by Tom Savini), during one scene the killer is chasing a nurse through the subway. She comes to the platform of the subway but can't get on the subway train and is left with no one around to help. She is then seen by the camera through the subway train back window, as it pulls away. At this moment you see many people around her on the subway platform. Next frame is her alone again in the subway. I gave this a high rating due to the fact that seeing all those people next to her, KILLS (no pun) the cinematic experience.
