Towards the end of the movie when they are fighting on the streets, it is supposed to be raining. If you look to the left-hand side of the screen, however, you can see that the rain is coming from one place and can see a little bit of the hose from which it is spraying.
First of all, they weren't on a street, they were on a pier, and secondly, there is a roof over it, so obviously there isn't gonna be any rain falling directly on them, it would go over the side.
