This is when Sue Ellen (Christina Applegate) calls home to her brother Kenny (Keith Coogan) and she calls him a punk, but if you read her lips she says "prick". It happens twice ... one right after another.
I have noticed this many times too. I know like every word to this movie, and yes, this does happen.

Technically this isn't a slip-up. This happens a lot in movies when the ratings group decides that one part in a movie is outside of the rating that the producers are applying for. It's a LOT cheaper to just voice over that one word than it is to re-shoot the scene to fix it
