This occurs near the end of the movie, right after the character played by Rose McGowan shoots herself in the head when the man she is attracted to is standing outside the bedroom yelling at her to stop. The blond guy who was the focus of her attraction is on the way home in his car when he suddenly realizes that "things" are not over and that he needs to rush to his girlfriends place because she is probably in danger from the Rose McGowan character. He is speeding in his car and suddenly one of the wheel covers goes flying off for no reason to the left in the screen. It was so easy to see that it detracted my attention away from the car.
