okay, after the scene when Carter tells Shelby he is her Zorro, and the wave of water splashes onto Carter on side of his hair is still dry then when he tells Sam," If she thinks she's cheating off me again she's wrong" he is completely soaked!
YA! I noticed that to. He was completely soaked from head to toe when he went to talk with Sam but before was only half wet on his head.
