when Scooby and the gang meet their past selves in the malt cafe, Scooby and Scooby look at them selves, they appear to be identical, but as if they are looking in a mirror. Scooby has two spots on the upper of his front right leg, the past Scooby has them on his front left leg, unless Scooby has changed over the years, this is a serious slip up
They are looking at each other, so the spots are going to be reversed. It was not a mirror, but two things looking at each other.

They are not "present" and "past" Scoobys per se - the "past" Scooby is actually their programmer friend's own digital rendering of Scooby for inclusion in his game. His Scooby is therefore liable to any errors made on the programmer's part. Alternatively, a common programmer's trick (when memory was not so bountiful) was simply to reverse the graphic when you wanted a character facing left to be facing right, which would also explain it. I don't think this qualifies as a slip-up.
