In the part in the end when Anna is dead when you first see her, her eyes are open.In only a few seconds later, when the werewolf is holding her and howling , her eyes are clearly closed.
I have to disagree with this slip-up. After someone dies their bdoy shuts down, don't know the scientific term or what it's all called, but I do know that when you die your body functions shut down.
