In the scene where Sam and his two colleagues are finding Penicillin for Laura, they are being chased by wolves. If everything is freezing because it's the eye of the storm, wouldn't the wolves freeze without any protection from the cold? (Note: These are not Arctic Wolves. Arctic wolves are white, these wolves are gray-black.)
Actually, they don't show the wolves after everything starts freezing, only before. So it's very possible that they did freeze during the eye of the storm.
Wolves are made for weather like that. Besides, they were in the beginning of the movie, remember? They were going nuts in their cages when the weather started to change. If they're in cages, we don't really know where they're from. Obviously, they don't have wolves walking around in NYC. They showed them before everything started to freeze, so they probably froze after the eye hit anyway.
yes i agree with everyone but also if the wolves froze then the humans would freeze and then no penicillen and laura would die and then the film wouldnt be very good would it?
Why didn't the wolves just die in the flood? It isn’t a very good movie if the suspense isn’t there. If the wolves weren't in the ship scene then it would have been too easy for Sam, Brian, and JD to get what they needed. It's all part of good movie making.
