In the middle of the movie, after irrupting in a plastic surgeon's private property, cutting off his hands, D-FENS is sited on his knees talking to the caretaker and his family. In the reflection of his glasses (using DVD Zoom feature) a crew member can be clearly seen on his knees and also other crew members (instead of the family).
