OKAY. Apparently the director/writers/editors/whatever made a movie about baseball without figuring out the rules of the game.
When Henry is in the basement playing "Pretend Pitcher", he dreams up a scenario where the Cubs have called him to pitch. He sets the scene has bottom of the ninth (inning), two out, full count.
He then throws the "ball" into the washing machine, and screams "STRIKE ONE!"
For those readers unaccustomed to baseball rules and terminology, a "full count" means there are already two strikes on the batter (as well as three balls).
