In one of Madonna's older Videos(I can't remember which), she slips out of her top while dancing, but only for a second. She was wearing a black low cut top and black pants. If you know the video's name, please submit it.
I think the one you're thinking of is "Open your heart" but she also falls out of her dress in "Like a Prayer" when she's dancing in the church with all the kids around her.
