When Jack and Rose are "Doing it" in the car in the cargo hold, Rose puts her hand print on the steamy back window. The hand print changes position on the window during a few scenes.
Of course it would change. They had to make the windows steamy. So the handprint would end up dissapearing in the steam. So they had to keep re-doing it. But still a good find!
