The camera shows her looking and the watch around his neck, and you can see that she has manicured nails with some length on them. The camera cuts away for a few seconds, then cuts back to Patty, who is still examining the watch around D.C.'s neck. But now the manicured nails are gone and her nails are only short with no length or polish!
