Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban - Out of Sequence
When the shrunken head is counting down, it says "10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 3 and a half, 2....." Three and a half is actually more than three, so it should be two and a half.
I believe it meant to say it in improper order. After all, what do you expect from a crazy shrunken head?

The head is not necessarily smart. This is not a slip-up.

the shrunken head could be saying three IN a half meaning two and a half
or it could merely be a joke
