In the scene where Jackie just finishes helping in the shop and goes to the alley when he hears the woman, there is a fight with Tony's men.

Towards the end of this fight, Jackie climbs up a mesh fence, swings round to kick a bad guy, then swings back to jump through a hole in the fence. When Jackie is climbing up, look at his hands. They are normal. The camera then cuts and Jackie swings round for the kick. You can clearly see that Jackie is wearing some white gloves. When he swings back, they are gone!

Okay, so Jackie probably needed the gloves to avoid making his hands look like waffles. But the film crew could have made the gloves a more skin-like colour.
