at the end of the movie when Leon's suicide grenades go off, there is a shot outside of the building where a cop car is parked on the left and a few cops standing around here and there.

When the explosion from the building occurs, the cop car on the left of the screen starts to explode for no apparent reason even before the explosion from the right is anywhere near the car.

this scene is shown in 2 different camera angles, and the premature cop car explosion is quite evident from both angles
