When bill foster (Micheal Douglas) buys a snow-dome chime thing from a stall outside where there's a guy protesting about not being 'economically viable', the guy he buys it from wraps it up in newspaper tightly.

When Bill goes into the army surplus store run by the Nazi guy and he takes bill to show him his own 'personal' stash, and at gunpoint, rifles through bill's gym bag of guns.

In the bag of guns is the snow-dome chime thing, and the Nazi guy grabs it out the bag, but there's no newspaper on it.
