At the scene when Vincent gets shot by max, they show a view of Max's side of the shattered door. If you notice, the bullets holes are from Vincents gun. But when they show the same door in Vincent's veiw the bullet holes are from Max's gun.
I'm not totally sure which door your talking about but if it's the train door, the bullets that are in the train door are clearly from Vincent on both sides of the door.(Vincent's side has holes and Max's side has bulges.)
