Golden Girls, The - The Amazing Disappearing Peep Hole
In the episode where Sophia is scared that her dead husband (or something to that effect) is coming to get her, the doorbell rings. Sophia tells Dorothy to check the door and tell her who it is, so she looks through a peephole. But, this is the only episode where they even have a peephole on their door (except maybe when they really need it).
Actually, in one episode where Sophia is running in a marathon you hear her knock at the door. When they open the door for her they ask her where her key was and she said: "I didn't bring it, I was afraid it would weigh me down!" :)
Sorry, but Jovo is correct. Remember the episode where they needed a new toilet and Rose and Dorothy wanted to move it themselves, but were not strong enough? Well, it just sits in the living room. Blanche comes home from a date, and while they stand there talking for a minute, she digs a KEY out of her purse to ler herself in. That's easy to remember because as soon as she opens the door, she sees the toiltet and slams it before her date sees it. It's hilarious.
In the episode where the man that Dorothy thought stood her up for her high school prom comes into town and takes her to a high school prom that she is chaperoning when they come home Dorothy hands him her key to unlock the door before they kiss goodnight.
Yes, I watch Golden Girls everyday and I know that there is a lock on the door. Has anyone else noticed that there is an exclamation point on the door? It's engraved, sorta. Also, I've seen the peep hole more times than that.
