Hub is standing next to the "lake" with a blanket wrapped around him. First it is on him as a cape would be (vertical), cut to Walt, cut back and the blanket is now wrapped like a burrito (horizontal), cut back to Walt, Cut back to Hub and it is now back as a cape.
