This is a fun slip-up and i am still asking myself why didn't they notice, because the actor would have complained. Anyway, during the scene where Al (Freddie Prinze Jr) and his dad (Chef Ray) are in the Chinese restaurant discussing the show 'Cooks' (a rip off of Cops) they have a vision of it and it shows Al driving and his Dad telling him where to go. When they stop outside the house all the assistants jump out the back of the lorry. The first man to jump out is colored and he jumps straight into the cameraman who is filming them from the back of the lorry. Surely someone must have seen it?!?
